Intercom System Duplex

The Intercom systems are specifically manufactured for security or high risk vehicles.   This unit was designed initially for vehicles used by diplomatic agencies, where the passengers could be at risk of kidnap.  It gave a means of communication without having to open windows or doors. 

It is also used in cash carrying vehicles and vehicles where people need to communicate between the cab and the rear body if a bulkhead is fitted.

There are two systems:-  Simplex - Where one way conversation only is possible.

                                              Duplex - Where two way conversations are possible.
